The stay was fantastic, with clean and comfortable accommodations featuring soft linens and well-maintained duvet covers. Breakfast offered delicious variety, including gluten-free options, elevating the morning experience. The added amenities for kids, such as the game room and hot tub, made it perfect for families. However, the hotel could improve on its parking situation, where spaces were limited. we also faced some delays with the shuttle service during peak hours and encountered noise from neighboring rooms at times.

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially enjoying the spacious balcony and the complimentary daily bottles of water in the room. The jacuzzi was a perfect place to unwind after a long day, and I appreciated the cozy TV room too! I wish they had more non-dairy options at breakfast, but overall it was a fantastic experience. 😊

Nice stay but room for improvement
We had a pleasant week in the Grand Deluxe King Room. The cozy fireplace was a highlight, perfect for chilly evenings. However, shuttle service was not as advertised and staff could improve in hospitality. Try the on-site restaurant for a delicious breakfast before hitting the slopes!

It was just a nice choice for resting at all in Snowmass Village with outstanding value. The staff tried to accommodate us despite some issues, but management was unresponsive when we raised concerns. Try to stay on higher floors to avoid noise from neighboring rooms.

Excellent location and friendly staff
We had a fantastic four-night stay with excellent ski-in, ski-out access, which made our time on the slopes seamless. The breakfast was unmatched, featuring a diverse range of fresh options that we looked forward to each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel personalized and enjoyable. One downside was that the elevator service could be slow during peak times, which was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect family retreat
I loved the breakfast at the hotel it really had better options than your typical U.S. hotel offers and my daughter she was completely thrilled with all the activities around the place like the pool and game room all of which kept her entertained for hours
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still reasonable

Staying here was amazing! We loved the gondola right out front, which took us for breathtaking views and ski adventures. The Ullr Nights were such a blast, and enjoying dinner on the mountain with live music was unforgettable. This place was truly our perfect basecamp for adventure.
One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which made waits a bit annoying. However, it didn’t stop us from having a great time overall.
